Q. What will we be doing in Fitness Goals Boot Camp?
A. It is difficult to describe what is a typical day is at fitness goals camp. Each day and week, gets more progressively more difficult to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Here is the simple outline:
- In every camp we will do a 10 minute warm up and stretch at the beginning & end of the camp.
- Monday & Thursday focus on lower body, abs & cardio training
We may do:
Squats, Lunges, take a jog, mat work, plyometrics (Speed drills), circuit training , pilates, walking & side lunges, step-ups, leg lifts, jump rope, calf raises, yoga poses, squat thrusts, ski jumps,
and many other innovative exercise to burn the fat off your legs.
- Tuesday & Friday focus on upper body, lower back, cardio training
We may do:
Push ups, dumbbell exercises, bench dips, pull ups, partner resistance training, calisthenics, crunches, line drills, superman and many more upper body exercise to tone you up.
Q. How much is does it cost?
A. Each four-week camp (Mon-Thur) has a registration of $289 (a savings of $100 on the regular price). That's 16 hours of instruction for less then $20 compare to $50 for apersona training session.
Q. How long is each camp?
A. Each boot camp runs for 4 weeks (Mon, Tues , Thurs and Fri)
Q. What level of fitness should I be in, to fit into the camp?
A. Every class has very level of fitness in the camp from elite runners to people who have not work out before. You pace yourself in these camp.
Remember that we are not comparing you to anyone else - we are here to make sure you fulfill your potential and doing your best. Every day you wait to sign up because you want to get in better shape first is another day wasted that could have been spent in the Fitness Goals Camp -getting yourself in the bgest shape of your life ! There is no better time then NOW!
Q. I’m out of shape. Is there a certain level of fitness needed to attend camp?
A. No. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend at any time. Every class has every level of fitness in it, from daily runners to people who have never worked out in their entire life. You go at your own pace in Fitness Goals Boot Camp, with your instructor encouraging you to push yourself, while learning to listen to your body. You will be surprised how you will fit in, as long as you come with a good attitude to get into better shape. Remember, we are not here to compare you to others in the class... just encourage you positively.
Q. What kind of results should I expect?
A. Everyone’s body responds differently to exercise. Healthy weight loss is typically 1-2 pounds per week; however results will vary with each individual. You will see an improvement in cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, energy levels, and even self esteem. Nutrition plays a very big part for your success in the boot camp. You can exercise 6-7 days per week and not see the results you are looking for if you are not eating properly. We will offer guidance in the area of good nutrition in order to ensure you see the best results possible.
Q. What should I bring to class?
A. A water bottle, towel or exercise mat, 3 sets of hand weights (3-10 lbs. for women, 8-15 lbs. for men). Weights & mats can be purchased at Target or any sporting goods store. Most importantly, bring a desire to make a difference in your health.

Q. I’m scared by the boot camp theme; it seems too intense for me. What are your thoughts?
A. If you fear being in good physical condition, then your fears are well-founded. Our goal is not to talk down to you or make you feel inferior. You will never be pushed beyond what you can safely do. Our mission is to get you where you want to be. Improving your health and building your confidence is our #1 priority.
