Michael Zens is the co-owner of Fresh Air Fitness and Fitness Goals. He has been in the fitness
industry since 1990. Michael has a diverse background in the fitness industry
as a personal trainer, massage therapist, rehabilitation trainer, assistant
strength coach for Chicago Bears football team and nutrition consultant.
Michael received his bachelors degree in 1992, from Winona State University of Minnesota, in Psychology and Physical Education and has over eight certifications in personal training. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in exercise science. Michael believes in a holistic approach to fitness and goal setting for your fitness achievement. |

Kelly Kempfe is a part-time personal trainer for Fitness Goals. She holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the California State University of Long Beach, a 2000 graduate, and certifications by both SI and The American Council on Exercise. She was an all-American Tennis player on the tennis team. Kelly has worked in several settings, including corporate wellness, cardiac rehabilitation, sport clubs, and in client homes. She has experience with a diverse clientele ranging from special needs clients (diabetics, cardiac, obesity, osteoporosis) to athletes. Kelly brings a pilots background to fitness goals and often incorporates this practice into her training sessions. She provides variety to her clients in order to ensure continued progression and keep the program challenging and FUN! "Exercise should not be something you dread. I want my clients to feel better about themselves and feel better generally, when they leave than when they came in."

Greg Engleking is a full-time trainer for Fitness Goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, in sports Science, from University Of Idaho. He has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. Greg has worked in several settings, including corporate wellness, cardiac rehabilitation, sport clubs, and in client homes. He provides variety to his clients in order to ensure continued progression and keep the program challenging and FUN! His motto is: "Exercise is a means to attain physical goals, but more important is its ability to keep you both healthy and active on a day-to-day basis." |
