"I'll be back definitely. . . i don't know what to say!? You did a good job though. i liked the variety of exercises offered an the nutritional accountability was good for me . in the end of camp I lost around 8 lbs and my body fat percentage went down to 16% from 20 %.

"One of my best moments happened last week. When it comes to running, i usually stick to the back of the line, get in my zone, and hope to keep up with everyone else. On that particular day we were running sprints, and to my surprise i kept beating the girl i was running up against. I know it's not good sportsmanship, but it felt good not to be last for once. My friends and family are proud of me, and most importantly i'm proud of myself. Thank you for everything."
